Early check-in is based upon room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 PM will be assessed a $20 Early Check-In Fee.

Standard check out: 12 PM. Guest’s remaining in their room after 12 PM without prior approval from the Front Desk may be assessed a Late Check-Out Fee. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be approved by the Front Desk.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Common Areas: Guests are expected to dispose of trash, remove belongings, return furniture to its original arrangement, maintain appropriate noise levels, and respect fellow guests.

Supervision of Minors: Children and teenagers must be supervised at all times by a registered adult while on hotel property.

Registered Guests: Hotel amenities and public spaces are reserved for registered guests only.

Guest Room Decorations: Tape, adhesives, nails, command hooks, confetti, glitter, or other materials that may damage hotel property are prohibited.

Guest Conduct: Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, underage drinking, illegal activity, vandalism, or conduct that interferes with another guest's experience is prohibited.

Damage & Smoke-Free Policy: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. A minimum of $250 Damage Fee will be assessed for excessive cleaning, missing items, damaged furnishings, or destruction of hotel property. Fairfield Inn & Suites Cedar Rapids South is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building will result in a minimum $250 Smoking Fee.

Complimentary Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is served daily and includes a variety of hot and cold breakfast offerings for registered guests. Breakfast hours are posted at the Front Desk and in the breakfast area.
