Thank you for considering our hotel for your special event. Our property offers free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking during your stay and an indoor heated pool and spa. We are only minutes away from downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Prospect Meadows. Each guest room has a microwave and fridge. Our hotel is accessible to all, with an elevator to all floors. We have completed several updates to the property in 2022 and early 2023. Our dedicated staff has earned us the Best of AmericInn award 6 years in a row and the TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Award 3 years running.

Hotel requires a valid credit card to hold a room. Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at ALL TIMES while in the hotel. This includes the breakfast area and pool area. No food or beverages are allowed in the pool area. If your team is having a group meal or meeting gin the hotel, the conference room must be rented for this. Food brought in from outside cannot be served in our breakfast area.
