Thank you for considering our hotel for your special event. Our property offers free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking during your stay and an indoor heated pool and spa. We are only minutes away from downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Prospect Meadows. Each guest room has a microwave and fridge. Our hotel is accessible to all, with an elevator to all floors. We have completed several updates to the property in 2022 and early 2023. Our dedicated staff has earned us the Best of AmericInn award 6 years in a row and the TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Award 3 years running.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we require guests 17 and under to be accompanied by their parent or guardian while in the hotel, including the pool area, breakfast area and halls. This hotel follows protocols and suggestions put forth by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, so staff are trained and certified in Human Trafficking training.

Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
